Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Workday Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Workday Integration Development, preferably with Workday Studio, and a good understanding of Workday Finance, Procurement, and HCM functional processes.
The ideal candidate should be capable of independently designing, developing, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting Workday integrations in production. The candidate must be comfortable bridging the gap between functional business requirements and technical integration solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and troubleshoot Workday integrations.
- Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio.
- Work with RaaS, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services/APIs, and various integration patterns.
- Develop and support Workday Procurement integrations, including PunchOut and cXML scenarios.
- Provide production support for Workday integrations, including:
- Incident troubleshooting
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Integration monitoring
- Failure recovery
- Reprocessing failed integrations
- Independently investigate integration failures and drive issues through resolution.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, functional teams, vendors, and external partners when required.
- Understand functional requirements and translate them into appropriate technical integration solutions.
- Work with Workday business processes, reports, calculated fields, and security configurations that impact integrations.
- Analyze how functional configuration changes may affect existing integrations.
- Take end-to-end ownership of integration issues without being primarily dependent on functional/configuration teams.

Candidate Profile
- 4–10 years of relevant Workday experience.
- Strong hands-on integration development experience.
- Workday Studio experience is highly preferred.
- Experience supporting Workday integrations in a production environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to independently troubleshoot and own issues end-to-end.
- Good stakeholder and vendor communication skills.
