Job Description
We are looking for a pure-play Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM Functional Consultant with strong Construction/EPC domain experience to lead solutioning and functional delivery.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM.
- Expertise in Project Costing, Project Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Billing, Revenue, and Project Control.
- Strong understanding of Construction/EPC project lifecycle.
- Experience with WBS, cost codes, project budgets, commitments, actuals, forecasting, EAC, and variance analysis.
- Ability to work directly with Project Managers, Project Controllers, Cost Engineers, Finance, and Commercial teams.
- Strong experience in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, configuration, SIT/UAT, and go-live.
- Ability to independently drive functional solutioning with minimal technical/developer dependency.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred
- Oracle Fusion PPM certification.
- Experience integrating PPM with Oracle Financials and Procurement.
- Experience in large-scale Oracle Cloud implementations.
