Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Oracle ARCS Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) and working knowledge of Oracle Cash Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and implement Oracle ARCS modules based on business requirements.
- Handle Account Reconciliation, Transaction Matching, reconciliations, workflows, and reporting.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Support Oracle Cash Management processes, including bank reconciliation and cash-related activities.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and test scenarios.
- Perform SIT/UAT support, issue analysis, and resolution.
- Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
- Coordinate with technical teams for integrations and customizations.
Mandatory Skills
- 5–10 years of relevant Oracle EPM/ARCS functional experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle ARCS.
- Practical experience/working knowledge of Oracle Cash Management.
- Experience in reconciliation and financial close processes.
- Strong requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
