Role Overview
We are looking for an Associate Tech Specialist / Tech Specialist – Full Stack with AI who can work across modern frontend development, mature server-side JavaScript applications, and AI agent services. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, relational databases, Python/FastAPI, LangGraph, and AWS Bedrock, along with experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop responsive, component-based UIs using Lit, Web Components, React, or similar frameworks.
- Build and maintain backend services using server-side JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python.
- Design and consume REST APIs with authentication and role-based access control.
- Design relational data models, queries, joins, and optimize database performance.
- Develop LangGraph-based AI agent workflows, including graphs, state management, tool calling, and checkpointing.
- Extend and debug Python/FastAPI services using async programming and Pydantic.
- Integrate and work with Claude models through AWS Bedrock.
- Develop API and end-to-end tests using Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
- Work with Git, branching, rebasing, pull requests, and code reviews.
- Diagnose GitHub Actions workflow failures and troubleshoot CI/CD issues.
- Use Docker Compose to run and debug local development environments.
- Effectively use AI coding agents such as Claude Code, while reviewing and taking ownership of generated code.
Mandatory Skills
- 7–10 years of Full Stack development experience.
- Strong JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript skills.
- Experience with React, Lit, Web Components, or equivalent modern component frameworks.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS/SCSS, responsive design, and Shadow DOM.
- Hands-on experience with server-side JavaScript, including legacy ES5/prototype-based code.
- Strong REST API development and integration experience.
- Knowledge of Basic Authentication, OAuth, JWT, RBAC, and permissions.
- Experience with relational databases, SQL, schema design, joins, and query optimization.
- Hands-on experience with LangGraph or comparable agent orchestration frameworks.
- Experience building agentic AI applications, including state, tools, workflows, and structured outputs.
- Working knowledge of Python, FastAPI, async programming, and Pydantic.
- Experience with AWS Bedrock and LLMs such as Claude, or equivalent LLM APIs.
- Experience with Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
- Strong Git/GitHub experience and familiarity with GitHub Actions.
- Hands-on experience with Docker Compose.
- Practical experience using AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar.
Good to Have
- AngularJS 1.x experience.
- ServiceNow development experience, including Scoped Apps, Service Portal, Glide APIs, or Fluent SDK.
- Python scripting for deployment/provisioning.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, or OpenSearch.
- RAG implementation or AI agent evaluation experience.
