Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Consultant with strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, database technologies, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing. The candidate must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop scalable backend applications based on technical designs and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Core Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Develop and integrate RESTful web services and Microservices.
• Deploy and manage applications using AWS cloud services.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and follow DevOps best practices.
• Design, develop, and optimize database queries using SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Write and maintain unit test cases and integration test cases to ensure application quality.
• Analyze technical designs and design artifacts to derive solutions and implement application functionality.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize application performance, and ensure code quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

Required Technical Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Java development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Core Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Excellent experience in REST APIs and Microservices architecture.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Platform.
• Good understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Jenkins for build and deployment automation.
• Working experience with at least one of the following databases:
  • Microsoft SQL Server
  • PostgreSQL
  • MySQL
• Experience writing unit tests and integration tests.
• Strong knowledge of backend architecture and software development principles.
• Excellent logical reasoning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand technical design documents and independently develop solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-based application deployment and monitoring.
• Familiarity with Git-based version control systems.
• Knowledge of application performance optimization and debugging.
• Understanding of secure coding practices and software design patterns.
