Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior PL/SQL Developer with strong experience in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle HCM. The candidate will be responsible for database development, performance tuning, HCM data migration, integrations, and technical troubleshooting across Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM or Oracle EBS HRMS environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, triggers, and complex SQL queries.
- Perform database performance tuning and query optimization.
- Support Oracle HCM integrations and resolve technical issues.
- Work with Oracle HCM data models and support data migration activities.
- Participate in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM or EBS HRMS implementations and enhancements.
- Debug code, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure database performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of relevant experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development.
- Strong expertise in stored procedures, functions, packages, and triggers.
- Hands-on experience in Oracle database performance tuning.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM or Oracle EBS HRMS.
- Knowledge of Oracle HCM data models and database structures.
- Experience in HCM data migration and integrations.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Oracle HCM Extracts.
- HDL (HCM Data Loader).
- BI Publisher.
- REST and SOAP APIs.
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
