Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist with strong expertise in Python, SQL, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end AI and data engineering initiatives, build production-ready AI solutions, and ensure scalability, security, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Business Intelligence solutions.
- Build RAG pipelines using embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, and context management.
- Develop scalable data workflows using Python, SQL, Spark, Databricks, Airflow, and related frameworks.
- Implement AI evaluation, monitoring, guardrails, and optimization for model quality, latency, and cost.
- Establish MLOps/LLMOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure automation.
- Implement data security, governance, PII/PHI protection, authentication, and role-based access control (RBAC).
- Lead technical workstreams, mentor junior team members, and follow software engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, communicate technical solutions effectively, and manage deliverables independently.
Mandatory Skills
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Data Science / Data Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, and RAG.
- Experience with LangChain, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
- Knowledge of Spark, Databricks, Airflow, or similar data processing and orchestration frameworks.
- Experience with MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD, and AI model evaluation.
- Understanding of data security, governance, PII/PHI, authentication, and RBAC.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Scala or Java.
- Familiarity with LangSmith, Langfuse, Opik, and Terraform.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex.
- Willingness to travel as required.

- Any Graduate.
