Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced QA Analyst / Test Analyst with mandatory hands-on experience in the SOFICO Miles platform to support end-to-end testing and quality assurance for automotive leasing solutions. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, business analysts, developers, and testing teams to ensure system quality and alignment with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, prepare, and execute test cases and scenarios based on business and functional requirements.
• Perform end-to-end functional testing of the SOFICO Miles platform.
• Plan, coordinate, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.
• Identify, document, track, and coordinate the resolution of defects.
• Translate business requirements into test scenarios and validation criteria.
• Provide functional guidance to testers on SOFICO Miles workflows and processes.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and QA teams to resolve issues.
• Improve testing methodologies, QA processes, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in QA, software testing, or business analysis.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with SOFICO Miles.
• Strong understanding of functional testing, test case design, and defect management.
• Experience supporting or coordinating UAT activities.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and develop effective test scenarios.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Ability to work collaboratively with business and technical teams.

Good to Have

• Experience in automotive finance, vehicle leasing, or car-leasing solutions.
• Previous experience working with Volkswagen Financial Services (VWFS).
• Experience leading testing activities or improving QA processes.
• French or Dutch language proficiency
