Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Azure Integration Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Azure middleware technologies, integration architecture, and Git-based source control management. This role is crucial for supporting and enhancing enterprise integrations across various platforms, including Salesforce, Azure Logic Apps, SharePoint, Tableau, and other external systems.

The successful candidate will demonstrate hands-on proficiency in Azure integration services, CI/CD practices, Git workflows, and be adept at troubleshooting and monitoring integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Azure Middleware & Integration

•Design, develop, support, and maintain robust integrations utilizing Azure Logic Apps and other relevant Azure services.

•Manage and monitor critical integrations between Salesforce, Azure, SharePoint, Tableau, and external platforms to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.

•Proactively troubleshoot integration failures, resolve data flow issues, and address performance bottlenecks to maintain optimal system functionality.

•Implement scalable, secure, and high-performing middleware solutions for enterprise applications.

•Work extensively with REST APIs, webhook integrations, and batch data processing techniques.

•Contribute to integration architecture enhancements and support migration activities for existing systems.

Git & DevOps Responsibilities

•Manage source code repositories effectively using GitHub and/or Azure DevOps.

•Maintain proper branching strategies, implement efficient pull request workflows, and ensure adherence to version control best practices.

•Support the setup of CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes to streamline software delivery.

•Ensure source control integrity, facilitate thorough code reviews, and uphold release governance standards.

•Collaborate closely with DevOps and engineering teams during migration and deployment phases.

Collaboration & Technical Support

•Work in close collaboration with architects, Tableau teams, Salesforce teams, and various business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver integrated solutions.

•Provide expert technical guidance for integration-related issues and respond effectively to operational incidents (P1/P2).

•Actively participate in architecture discussions and recommend best practices for integration solutions.

•Prepare comprehensive technical documentation for integrations, deployments, and operational procedures.

Required Skills

•Strong knowledge of middleware and enterprise integration patterns.

•Proven experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and web services.

•Excellent Git/GitHub knowledge, including branching strategies, merge strategies, and repository management.

•Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

•Understanding of cloud security, scalability, and monitoring concepts.

•Demonstrated experience troubleshooting production integration issues.

Preferred Skills

•Experience integrating Salesforce with Azure services.

•Exposure to Tableau integrations and data flow management.

•Knowledge of SharePoint integrations.

•Experience with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code (IaC) is a significant plus.

•Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience Required

•Total Experience: 5+ years

•4+ years of experience in Azure Integration / Middleware development.

•2+ years of hands-on Git and Azure DevOps experience.

•Experience working in enterprise integration environments.
