Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced UKG (Kronos) Workforce Management Consultant with strong expertise in Timekeeping, Workforce Scheduling, Payroll Integration, and large-scale workforce management implementations. The consultant will be involved in end-to-end deployment, configuration, integration, testing, and go-live support for multi-site implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support UKG/Kronos Workforce Management modules
- Handle Timekeeping setup including pay rules, accruals, overtime, and compliance policies
- Configure Workforce Scheduling, shift rotations, and labor forecasting
- Support Payroll Integrations with systems like ADP, SAP, Workday, etc.
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, CRP, UAT, and go-live activities
- Work on API/file-based integrations and data migration activities
- Support regression testing, defect resolution, and hyper-care support
- Coordinate with business stakeholders and offshore/onshore teams
- Ensure successful execution of phased rollout implementations
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in UKG/Kronos Workforce Management
- Expertise in Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Payroll Integration modules
- Experience with UKG Dimensions / Workforce Central implementations
- Knowledge of API integrations, data mapping, and reconciliation
- Understanding of US payroll and labor compliance rules
- Experience in multi-site or large-scale workforce deployments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- UKG/Kronos Certification preferred
- Experience in Airport, Logistics, Retail, Manufacturing, or Frontline Workforce industries
- Experience supporting 24×7 operational environments
- Exposure to phased rollout implementations
Good to Have
- SQL / Java knowledge
- Experience with HRIS integrations
- Knowledge of cloud and hybrid deployment models
- Experience in offshore delivery models with US clients
