About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 7+ years of hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, customizing modules, and ensuring seamless integrations with enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and configure custom applications and modules within the ServiceNow platform.
- Implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client/server scripts.
- Manage integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
- Ensure best practices, coding standards, and platform governance are followed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Support ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, or other modules as per project requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Consultant.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, AngularJS, and REST APIs.
- Expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, or HRSD.
- Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal.
- Understanding of CMDB design and data management.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
