About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer with 7+ years of experience in designing intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio demonstrating expertise in both user experience strategy and visual interface design across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design processes for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and create user personas, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into user-friendly designs.
• Create intuitive design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
• Use design tools to deliver high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to deliver modern and consistent experiences.
• Ensure brand consistency and accessibility across all digital touchpoints.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
• Experience working with cross-functional agile teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with design systems and enterprise-level applications.
• Familiarity with motion design, micro-interactions, or usability heuristics.
• Ability to mentor junior designers and lead design reviews.
