Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Professional with a strong background in Dynamics 365 (CRM / F&O / Business Central) implementation, customization, and integration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-level solutions using Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Perform requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design.
• Integrate Dynamics with third-party systems and internal applications.
• Develop plugins, workflows, and Power Automate flows.
• Provide technical and functional support for ongoing projects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Manage system configurations, upgrades, and performance optimization.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM / F&O / BC).
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate).
• Experience with Azure services and DevOps pipelines is a plus.
• Deep understanding of data models, entities, and customizations.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Microsoft certifications (MB-300, MB-500, MB-600, etc.) are preferred.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Business Central.
• Familiarity with Dataverse and Azure Logic Apps.
• Knowledge of integration tools such as KingswaySoft, SSIS, or APIs
