Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP BRIM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects across SAP BRIM modules with strong exposure to Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP BRIM functional solutions.
• Configure and support SAP BRIM modules including:
  • Subscription Order Management (SOM)
  • Convergent Charging (CC)
  • Convergent Invoicing (CI)
  • Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA)
  • Billing and Revenue Management
• Work on end-to-end OTC lifecycle processes.
• Perform configuration, testing, CRP, SIT, UAT, and production support activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, custom developments, and enhancements.
• Support data migration, interface validation, and defect resolution.
• Prepare functional specifications, process documents, and user training materials.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams during project delivery.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of SAP functional consulting experience with strong SAP BRIM expertise.
• Hands-on experience in SAP SOM, CC, CI, and FI-CA.
• Strong understanding of subscription billing and usage-based billing processes.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA integration with BRIM.
• Knowledge of APIs, IDocs, Web Services, and integration concepts.
• Experience in implementation, rollout, and support projects.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Telecom, Utilities, Media, or Subscription-based industries.
• Exposure to SAP RAR integration.
• SAP BRIM certification is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
