Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled ServiceNow Developer for an urgent contract requirement. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience with strong expertise in HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery), and solid experience in ITAM (IT Asset Management) and ITOM (IT Operations Management). This role requires a proactive individual capable of developing, implementing, and maintaining robust ServiceNow solutions. This is a remote position with a mandatory shift timing of 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
Responsibilities
•Design, develop, and implement comprehensive ServiceNow solutions with a strong focus on HRSD, ITAM, and ITOM modules.
•Utilize advanced ServiceNow scripting capabilities (JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions) to customize and extend the platform.
•Develop and maintain workflows, Flow Designer flows, and IntegrationHub integrations to automate processes and connect with external systems.
•Configure and manage Service Catalog items, Record Producers, Notifications, and Access Control Lists (ACLs).
•Maintain and optimize the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
•Adhere to ServiceNow best practices and ITIL processes throughout the development lifecycle.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful project delivery.
•Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow applications.
Required Skills and Experience
•Experience: 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
•Mandatory Expertise:
•Strong expertise in HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery).
•Good experience with ITAM (IT Asset Management).
•Hands-on experience in ITOM (IT Operations Management).
•Technical Proficiency:
•Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions).
•Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Workflows, and REST/SOAP integrations.
•Experience in Service Catalog, Record Producers, Notifications, ACLs, and CMDB.
•Methodologies & Best Practices:
•Good understanding of ServiceNow best practices and ITIL processes.
•Certifications: CSA certification preferred.
