Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience in developing robust solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex. A deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Flow, permissions, sharing models, and managed package constraints, is essential. This role requires a proven ability to design and implement complex UI workflows and persona-based user experiences, with a particular focus on Certinia PSA.

Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and implement scalable and high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.

•Extend existing Salesforce and Certinia data models with minimal disruption, ensuring data integrity and system performance.

•Develop and maintain complex UI workflows and persona-based user experiences, translating UI mockups and designs into functional Salesforce experiences.

•Utilize Salesforce Flow for automation and process optimization.

•Ensure solutions adhere to established governance and release management processes within enterprise environments.

•Collaborate effectively with Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

•Possess a strong understanding of integrations, data mapping, and system touchpoints to facilitate seamless data flow.

•Develop custom screens and components from scratch when standard Salesforce components are insufficient, leveraging strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills.

Required Skills and Experience

•Strong hands-on experience building Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex solutions.

•Proficiency with Salesforce Flow, permissions, sharing models, and managed package constraints.

•Experience designing and developing complex UI workflows and persona-based user experiences.

•Hands-on experience with Certinia PSA (Must).

•Experience extending existing Salesforce and Certinia data models with minimal disruption.

•Good understanding of integrations, data mapping, and system touchpoints.

•Experience working within enterprise environments with established governance and release management processes.

•Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with Business Analysts and SMEs.

•Proven ability to design and build custom screens and components from scratch.

•Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills to develop custom components where standard Salesforce components are insufficient.

•Ability to translate UI mockups and designs into functional Salesforce experiences.
