Position Summary

The Senior SAP Business One Consultant will be responsible for providing expert-level functional and technical guidance for our SAP Business One environment. With a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience, the ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of SAP Business One modules, business processes, and best practices. This role involves leading implementation projects, analyzing business requirements, configuring the system, providing user training, and ensuring the seamless operation and continuous improvement of our ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage full lifecycle SAP Business One implementation projects, from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.

•Conduct detailed business process analysis and design, translating complex business needs into effective SAP Business One solutions.

•Configure and customize SAP Business One modules (e.g., Financials, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Production, Service) to meet specific business requirements.

•Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including functional specifications, technical designs, and user manuals.

•Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for SAP Business One issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

•Design and develop custom reports, queries, and dashboards using SAP Business One reporting tools (e.g., Crystal Reports, SQL queries).

•Conduct user training sessions and create training materials to ensure effective system adoption and proficiency.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery and system integration.

•Stay updated with the latest SAP Business One features, functionalities, and industry best practices.

•Mentor junior consultants and provide guidance on SAP Business One functionalities and project methodologies.

•Support pre-sales activities by providing product demonstrations and technical expertise.

Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

•Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience with SAP Business One implementation, configuration, and support.

•Proven track record of successfully leading multiple full lifecycle SAP Business One projects.

•In-depth knowledge of SAP Business One modules, including Financials, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Production, and Service.

•Strong understanding of business processes across various industries.

•Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting.

•Experience with Crystal Reports and other SAP Business One reporting tools.

•Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

•Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

•SAP Business One certification is highly desirable.
