Technical support for integration components, specifically Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and various APIs, is also required from an administrative standpoint. The role demands high-level troubleshooting for L2/L3 incidents and the ability to handle critical P1 incidents, which may require off-hours or on-call support.
