This remote role requires a professional with extensive expertise in SAP PP modules, capable of designing, implementing, and supporting robust production planning solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing business processes and experience in both SAP S/4HANA and ECC environments.

•Expertise in MRP (Material Requirements Planning), BOM (Bill of Material), Routing, Work Centers, Production Orders, Capacity Planning, and Production Execution

•Strong knowledge of manufacturing business processes

•Integration experience with SAP PM (Plant Maintenance)

•Experience in configuration, testing, user training, and production support

•Ability to analyze business requirements and provide end-to-end SAP PP solutions

•Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design and Implementation

The consultant will be responsible for the end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of SAP PP solutions. This includes analyzing complex business requirements related to production planning and execution, and translating them into effective SAP functionalities. Expertise in MRP, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Production Orders, and Capacity Planning is crucial for this role.

System Integration and Optimization

This role involves ensuring seamless integration of SAP PP with other SAP modules, particularly SAP PM. The consultant will optimize existing SAP PP functionalities, focusing on performance and efficiency in both SAP S/4HANA and ECC landscapes. A deep understanding of manufacturing business processes is essential to drive these optimizations.

Support, Training, and Documentation

The consultant will provide comprehensive production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the stability of SAP PP systems. This also includes developing and delivering user training programs to enhance system adoption and creating detailed documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides. Strong communication skills are vital for effective stakeholder management and knowledge transfer.
