Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow UI Builder Playbook Developer to design, develop, and configure innovative UI Playbooks within the ServiceNow platform. This role requires a professional with a strong understanding of UI/UX best practices and the ability to translate business requirements into effective, user-friendly solutions. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing user experiences and streamlining workflows through advanced UI Builder capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
UI Builder Development and Configuration
The developer will be responsible for the comprehensive design, development, and configuration of UI Playbooks using ServiceNow UI Builder. This includes creating intuitive interfaces that guide users through complex processes and ensuring seamless interaction with the platform.
Collaboration and Requirement Translation
Close collaboration with business stakeholders is essential to understand their requirements thoroughly. The role involves translating these business needs into practical and effective UI solutions, ensuring that the developed Playbooks align with organizational goals and user expectations.
Component Reusability and Consistency
Building reusable UI components and templates is a core responsibility to ensure consistency across all user experiences within ServiceNow. This approach promotes efficiency, reduces development time, and maintains a unified look and feel across various Playbooks.
UI/UX Best Practices Implementation
