Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated UiPath Developer to join our automation team. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with strong expertise in UiPath development, deployment, and support. This role is fully remote and will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to build and optimize scalable RPA solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath
• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders for requirements gathering
• Build reusable components and frameworks to streamline future automation efforts
• Perform code reviews and ensure best practices and coding standards are followed
• Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot existing bots to ensure optimal performance
• Prepare technical documentation and user guides
• Provide support and mentoring to junior developers as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5 to 8 years of total IT experience with 4+ years in UiPath development
• Proficient in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework
• Strong programming skills in VB.NET, C#, or Python
• Solid understanding of RPA best practices, governance, and life cycle
• Experience with integrating UiPath with external systems using APIs, databases, etc.
• Familiarity with OCR, AI/ML-based automation, and document understanding modules
• Experience in managing end-to-end RPA projects independently
• UiPath certification is highly preferred (e.g., Advanced RPA Developer)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud-based RPA deployments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Exposure to other automation tools (Power Automate, Automation Anywhere)
• Background in business process improvement or Six Sigma methodologies
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools
