JD:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Pega CSA Developer with 6+ years of hands-on expertise in Pega development and implementation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable Pega applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Pega applications using Pega PRPC platform.
• Work on workflows, case management, decision rules, and integration components.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure high-quality coding standards, reusability, and performance optimization.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and debugging.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and support to junior developers.
• Work in an agile environment, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Pega Developer.
• Pega CSA certification (CSSA certification is a plus).
• Strong experience with Pega PRPC (versions 7.x/8.x).
• Proficiency in case management, flows, data pages, activities, and rulesets.
• Experience in integrating Pega with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
