Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement / Finance & Operations) applications to support business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions and workflows within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or F&O.
• Customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business process flows.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems using APIs, Azure services, or third-party connectors.
• Develop custom plugins, workflows, and JavaScript for extended functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, data integrity concerns, and system bugs.
• Participate in requirements gathering, technical documentation, and UAT.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, testers, and project managers.
• Stay up-to-date with new features and capabilities of Dynamics 365 and related Microsoft technologies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Developer (CE or F&O).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, FetchXML, and Web APIs.
• Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Common Data Service (Dataverse).
• Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD processes, and version control (e.g., Azure DevOps).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
