About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our team. In this role, you will lead end-to-end data science projects, develop predictive models, and deliver actionable insights to solve real-world business problems. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute complex data science projects from exploration to production.
• Design, build, and deploy predictive models using machine learning, statistical, and deep learning techniques.
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to manage data pipelines and ensure data quality.
• Translate business objectives into data-driven solutions.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and business leaders.
• Stay updated with the latest research and industry trends in machine learning and AI.
• Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to best practices in the data science team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data science or machine learning roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python and libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, NLP, time series, etc.).
• Experience working with large-scale datasets and data platforms (SQL, Spark, Hadoop, etc.).
• Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib, seaborn).
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Good to Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment practices.
• Domain experience in [Finance, Retail, Healthcare, etc. – customize as per need].
