About the Role
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst with 7+ years of experience to bridge business requirements with technical ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in requirement gathering, process analysis, stakeholder management, and ServiceNow platform capabilities.
You will work closely with business users, developers, architects, and project teams to design and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery
- Conduct workshops with stakeholders to understand current processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Support ServiceNow module implementations, enhancements, and integrations
- Facilitate UAT, SIT, testing coordination, and defect resolution
- Create process documentation, BRDs, FRDs, workflows, and solution documentation
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders for project planning and execution
- Provide post-implementation support and process optimization recommendations
Required Skills
✔ Strong experience as a Business Analyst on ServiceNow projects
✔ Expertise in requirement gathering and business process mapping
✔ Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities
✔ Experience with Agile / Scrum methodology
✔ Stakeholder management and communication skills
✔ Documentation skills (BRD, FRD, User Stories)

Qualifications
