About the Role

We are hiring Senior Full-Stack Shopify Developers to support enterprise-level digital commerce initiatives within a robust Shopify Enterprise ecosystem. This role requires deep expertise in Shopify / Shopify Plus, full-stack development, backend customisation, integrations, and agile delivery.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with digital commerce teams, internal technology stakeholders, designers, and business units to deliver scalable commerce solutions, maintain platform stability, and drive continuous enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

Shopify Development & Platform Support

• Provide dedicated full-stack Shopify Enterprise development and platform support
• Maintain and enhance existing Shopify storefront functionalities
• Implement scalable platform enhancements and custom commerce solutions
• Support enterprise-grade Shopify implementations and ongoing optimization

Frontend & Storefront Customisation

• Develop and enhance Shopify themes and storefront experiences
• Build responsive, scalable, and high-performing customer-facing features
• Optimize storefront UX/UI and customer journey performance
• Support checkout extensibility and customer experience enhancements

Backend Development & Azure Services

• Design, build, and maintain custom backend services hosted on Microsoft Azure
• Develop scalable APIs, middleware services, and integration layers
• Support custom functionalities built outside Shopify’s native platform

API & System Integrations

• Build and maintain integrations between Shopify and enterprise systems
• Develop middleware solutions for seamless data exchange
• Support third-party platform integrations and custom API development

Production Support & Troubleshooting

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, bugs, and production incidents
• Ensure platform stability, reliability, and uptime
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive fixes

Release Management & Deployment

• Support deployment activities and release cycles
• Assist in environment validation and deployment planning
• Ensure smooth production releases with minimal disruption

Agile Collaboration

• Participate in:
  • Sprint Planning
  • Daily Standups
  • Backlog Grooming
  • Sprint Reviews
  • Retrospectives
• Collaborate with distributed teams across global time zones

Documentation & Technical Guidance

• Prepare technical documentation and implementation guides
• Provide development best practices and technical recommendations

• 10+ years of overall software development experience
• 4+ years of hands-on Shopify / Shopify Plus / Shopify Enterprise experience
• Strong full-stack development expertise
• Advanced proficiency in TypeScript

• Strong understanding of:
