Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Senior Tech Lead – Ecommerce with profound expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC B2C). This pivotal role involves leading the design, development, and delivery of scalable e-commerce platforms, ensuring technical excellence and strategic alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a technical leader capable of driving architectural decisions, contributing significantly to development efforts, mentoring engineering teams, and overseeing the successful end-to-end delivery of enterprise e-commerce solutions.
Core Responsibilities
The Senior Tech Lead will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our e-commerce solutions, from initial architectural design to final deployment and ongoing optimization.

| Architectural Leadership | Lead the design and development of scalable SFCC e-commerce applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards. Make critical architectural decisions and guide the technical direction of e-commerce initiatives. |
| Development & Quality | Provide hands-on development support, conduct thorough code reviews, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, maintainable code. Drive the development and deployment of secure and performant solutions. |
| Mentorship & Collaboration | Mentor and develop junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence. Facilitate technical discussions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, UX, and Business stakeholders. |
| System Integration | Drive the integration of SFCC with various third-party systems, such as payment gateways, Order Management Systems (OMS), Content Management Systems (CMS), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms. |
Required Skills and Experience
The successful candidate must possess a deep technical background in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and a proven track record of leadership in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
