Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Scala Developer with 7+ years of software development experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

• Strong hands-on experience with Scala and functional programming.
• Experience with Scala frameworks such as Akka, Play Framework, or Cats.
• Strong knowledge of Java/JVM, OOP, data structures, and design patterns.
• Experience developing REST APIs and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Spark and big-data processing.
• Good knowledge of Kafka and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra.
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD.
• Write clean, scalable, testable, and maintainable code.
• Participate in architecture, code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
