Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Oracle Fusion FDI Technical Lead to
spearhead the design, development, and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence
(FDI) solutions. This pivotal role demands strong technical leadership in data integration,
reporting, and analytics, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions and stable operations
within an Application Management Services (AMS) environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the technical design and implementation of comprehensive Oracle Fusion Data
Intelligence (FDI) solutions.
Develop and maintain robust data pipelines, sophisticated data models, and advanced
analytics/reporting solutions.
Integrate data seamlessly from Oracle Fusion applications and diverse external sources.
Ensure paramount data accuracy, consistency, and optimal performance through meticulous
optimization efforts.
Provide critical L2/L3 incident support, including off-hours/on-call assistance for P1 issues,
ensuring minimal disruption.
Collaborate effectively with functional and business teams to thoroughly understand and
translate reporting and analytics requirements into technical specifications.
Define and enforce best practices for data governance, security, and architectural integrity.
Review and provide expert guidance on technical deliverables from team members,
fostering growth and quality.
Actively participate in knowledge transfer (KT) and transition activities to ensure smooth
project handovers.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for data models, ETL processes, and reporting
solutions.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Experience: 8+ years of extensive experience in data/BI or Oracle technical consulting.
Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI): Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Data
Intelligence (FDI) or other related analytics platforms is essential.
Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in:
Data modelling and data warehousing concepts.
ETL/ELT processes.
Advanced SQL and performance tuning techniques.
BI tools and reporting, with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) experience being a significant
advantage.
Oracle Fusion SaaS: Good understanding of Oracle Fusion SaaS data structures.
Data Integration: Proven experience in integrating data from multiple sources, including
Fusion, APIs, and various external systems.
AMS/Support Model: Experience within an AMS/support model (L2/L3) is preferred.
Transition/KT Phase: Experience in the transition/KT phase is an advantage.
Certifications: Relevant Oracle certifications are a plus.
