Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce GovCloud Specialist with strong expertise in Salesforce Shield to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and configuring secure Salesforce GovCloud solutions for government environments, ensuring compliance with federal security frameworks such as FedRAMP, NIST, and FISMA. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce Shield features, including Event Monitoring, Field Audit Trail, and Platform Encryption, to meet stringent compliance and security requirements. The specialist will collaborate with various stakeholders to define requirements, deliver scalable solutions, and provide essential technical guidance and support.

Responsibilities
•Implement and configure Salesforce GovCloud solutions tailored for secure government environments.
•Apply Salesforce Shield capabilities (Event Monitoring, Field Audit Trail, Platform Encryption) to ensure adherence to compliance and security mandates.
•Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver secure, scalable, and robust Salesforce solutions.
•Ensure all deployments and configurations meet FedRAMP, NIST, and FISMA compliance standards.
•Provide comprehensive technical guidance, develop detailed documentation, and offer support to both users and administrators.
Requirements
•Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce GovCloud implementations.
•Demonstrated strong expertise in Salesforce Shield features.
•In-depth knowledge of federal security frameworks and compliance standards.
•Salesforce certifications (Admin, Developer, Security) are highly preferred.
•Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
•Prior experience working with government agencies or contractors.
•Familiarity with identity management solutions, including Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and secure integration practices.
