Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior ServiceNow Architect with over 12 years of IT experience, including a minimum of 6 years specifically focused on ServiceNow architecture. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader responsible for the overall design, architecture, and implementation of scalable, high-performance ServiceNow solutions across our enterprise. This role requires a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, its capabilities, and best practices, as well as the ability to drive discipline strategy aligned with functional goals and key business objectives .

Key Responsibilities:

•Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and integration of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and IT strategy .

•Provide expert guidance on the design, architecture, build, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, acting as the team’s top technical expert .

•Collaborate with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define ServiceNow strategy and guide delivery teams to achieve desired outcomes .

•Architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions incorporating best practices in security, scalability, and performance .

•Design modern user experiences and consult on what is possible within the ServiceNow ecosystem, suggesting enhancements and innovative solutions .

•Develop and drive discipline strategy aligned with functional goals and key business objectives, including enterprise solution and system architecture .

•Oversee performance optimization, multi-instance architecture, and CI/CD strategies within the ServiceNow environment .

•Stay abreast of new ServiceNow features, releases, and industry trends to ensure the platform is continuously optimized and leveraged effectively.

•Mentor and guide junior architects and developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

•12+ years of experience in IT, with at least 6 years specifically in ServiceNow architecture .

•Proven experience in leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations and transformations.

•Deep expertise in various ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, SecOps).

•Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and practices.

•Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

•Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Certifications:

•ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

•ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in multiple modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM)

•ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

•ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – highly desirable, considered the highest level certification

•ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation certification.
