About the Role<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We are seeking an experienced Senior Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant<\/strong> to lead and support critical financial planning, analytics, and system optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning<\/strong>, system integrations, financial modeling, reporting, and scenario planning to support enterprise-wide strategic decision-making.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This role requires close collaboration with Finance, Accounting, Business Intelligence, and Operations teams to design scalable solutions, optimize planning models, and enhance reporting capabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Workday Adaptive Planning Implementation & Administration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Act as the primary subject matter expert (SME)<\/strong> for Workday Adaptive Planning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Lead implementation, enhancement, and optimization initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Configure and maintain Adaptive Planning models, sheets, dimensions, levels, and versions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Manage system upgrades, feature rollouts, and platform enhancements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Financial Planning & Modeling<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Design and develop complex financial planning models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Build scenario planning models to support strategic business decisions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Optimize planning workflows and improve model efficiency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Data Integration & System Connectivity<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      • Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday Adaptive Planning and external systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Build and simulate ETL processes for data alignment and transformation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Integrate Adaptive Planning with ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Reporting & Dashboard Development<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        • Develop custom dashboards, reports, and visualizations for leadership and business stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Create executive-level reporting solutions for financial insights and performance analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and usability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          System Optimization & Support<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
            \n
          • Monitor system performance and implement optimization strategies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Ensure data integrity and governance across planning environments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Troubleshoot technical and functional issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Provide end-user training and ongoing support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            Cross-Functional Collaboration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
              \n
            • Work closely with Finance, BI, Operations, and Accounting teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Support both project-based initiatives and ongoing administration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
              \n\n\n\n

              Required Qualifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
                \n
              • 7\u201310 years of overall IT\/consulting experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Strong hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning (formerly Adaptive Insights)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Experience building:\n

                • Dashboards<\/li>\n\n\n\n

                • Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                  Preferred Qualifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                  • Experience integrating Workday Adaptive Planning with Oracle Fusion<\/strong> or similar ERP systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Exposure to data warehousing and reporting frameworks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Knowledge of enterprise planning and analytics best practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Experience managing multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
