The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating Varicent solutions, ensuring data accuracy, supporting compensation plan testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality incentive compensation solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Testing &amp; Validation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Design, coordinate, and execute <strong>functional, integration, system, and regression testing<\/strong> for Varicent ICM components including:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Composer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reports<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Web Forms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data Modules<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Validate end-to-end business processes and ensure system reliability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Data Validation &amp; SQL Testing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Write and execute <strong>complex SQL queries<\/strong> to validate end-to-end ETL data flow from source systems such as <strong>SAP ECC\/S\/4HANA<\/strong> and <strong>Salesforce (SFDC)<\/strong> into Varicent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform data reconciliation and identify inconsistencies across systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Compensation Plan Testing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Validate <strong>incentive compensation plans<\/strong>, including:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Calculation logic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Commission rules<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quotas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pay components<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adjustments and exceptions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure compensation outputs align with business requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Automation &amp; Test
