Job Summary<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CPQ Developer<\/strong> to design, develop, and lead scalable Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ solutions. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, collaborate closely with business stakeholders, and ensure high-quality, secure, and performance-optimized Salesforce implementations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • Design and implement scalable, high-performance Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions aligned with business requirements and Salesforce best practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Lead the technical design and delivery of Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick CPQ), Partner Portal, Lead, Opportunity, and Quote Management solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, including review and approval of technical designs, code, and configurations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Oversee the development of custom Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, triggers, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across the Salesforce platform, including data migration and integration strategies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Establish and enforce Salesforce development standards, governance processes, and best practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Monitor and optimize Salesforce performance, addressing system and resource efficiency issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and new features; recommend and implement innovative enhancements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for design, development, and deployment activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Diagnose, resolve, and document system issues related to development and maintenance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Perform post-migration reviews and provide ongoing application support.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Prepare and deliver technical demonstrations and presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Adhere consistently to best practices for source control, ticketing systems, and DevOps processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Required Skills & Qualifications<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • 6+ years of experience architecting, designing, and developing solutions on the Salesforce platform.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick CPQ) and Billing solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • At least 3+ years of experience with Lightning Framework development (Aura and LWC).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Salesforce CPQ Specialist and Salesforce Platform Developer II certifications (mandatory).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Strong expertise in Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning, Batch Apex, Salesforce DX, SOQL, Visual Flows, Platform Events, and Salesforce APIs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Experience debugging complex issues such as Apex CPU timeouts, SOQL query exceptions, and performance bottlenecks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Solid understanding of Salesforce governor limits, design patterns, and coding best practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Hands-on experience with development tools and DevOps practices including VS Code, Git, and CI\/CD automation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Knowledge of integration architectures and third-party ETL\/integration tools such as Informatica, Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Experience working in Agile\/Scrum environments, including iterative development and POCs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
