Job Summary:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated UiPath Developer<\/strong> to join our automation team. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with strong expertise in UiPath development, deployment, and support<\/strong>. This role is fully remote and will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to build and optimize scalable RPA solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders for requirements gathering<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Build reusable components and frameworks to streamline future automation efforts<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Perform code reviews and ensure best practices and coding standards are followed<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot existing bots to ensure optimal performance<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Prepare technical documentation and user guides<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Provide support and mentoring to junior developers as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
    \n\n\n\n

    Required Skills & Qualifications:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • 5 to 8 years of total IT experience with 4+ years in UiPath development<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Proficient in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Strong programming skills in VB.NET, C#, or Python<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Solid understanding of RPA best practices, governance, and life cycle<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Experience with integrating UiPath with external systems using APIs, databases, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Familiarity with OCR, AI\/ML-based automation<\/strong>, and document understanding modules<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Experience in managing end-to-end RPA projects<\/strong> independently<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • UiPath certification is highly preferred (e.g., Advanced RPA Developer)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
      \n\n\n\n

      Preferred Qualifications:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      • Experience with cloud-based RPA deployments (Azure, AWS, GCP)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Exposure to other automation tools (Power Automate, Automation Anywhere)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Background in business process improvement or Six Sigma methodologies<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
