About the Role:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI\/ML Engineer (5+ years)<\/strong> to join our advanced analytics and data science team. You will be responsible for building scalable machine learning models, driving AI innovation, and deploying intelligent solutions that have a real business impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • Lead the design and development of advanced ML models and AI systems for real-world use cases<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Work on complex datasets to perform data cleaning, feature engineering, and statistical analysis<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business problems and deliver ML-driven solutions<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Deploy and monitor models in production using MLOps best practices<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Optimize model performance and ensure scalability, reliability, and accuracy<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall growth of the AI\/ML practice<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Stay current with the latest research and industry trends in AI, ML, and data science<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Required Skills & Experience:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying machine learning models<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Strong programming expertise in Python<\/strong> and ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch<\/strong>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Deep understanding of ML algorithms, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP)<\/strong>, Computer Vision<\/strong>, or Deep Learning<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Proficient in working with SQL<\/strong>, Pandas<\/strong>, NumPy<\/strong>, and large-scale datasets<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Solid experience with MLOps<\/strong>, version control (Git), and model deployment tools<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Familiarity with Docker<\/strong>, Kubernetes<\/strong>, MLflow<\/strong>, or similar tools for productionizing ML<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS<\/strong>, GCP<\/strong>, or Azure<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
