Description:
We are looking for an experienced Workday Consultant with at least 6 years of hands-on expertise and Workday Studio certification to join our team on a 3 to 4month contract, with the possibility of extension based on project needs. The ideal candidate should be proactive, highly skilled in Workday integrations, and comfortable working with a 6 AM IST start time to align with international teams.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 8years of experience as a Workday Consultant
Must be Workday Studio certified or have deep experience in Workday
Strong experience with Workday integrations, including EIB, Core Connectors, and Studio
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

- Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems and ensure seamless data flow.

- Provide technical support and mentor junior developers.

Experience of Development of Customized SaaS Platforms Previous experience implementing and configuring the ServiceNow software suite in one or more of the following modules: Incident Management, Problem Management, Request Management, Change Management, Performance Analytics, Asset Management, Release Management, Asset Management, IT Cost Management, Discovery, Orchestration, ITOM ServiceNow Developer-level training and / or equivalent hands-on experience In-depth understanding and hands-on application of Service Management business processes.
