Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP HANA Consultant with over 5 years of hands-on expertise in SAP HANA architecture, development, and performance optimization. This is a remote opportunity for professionals who are passionate about delivering enterprise-level SAP solutions and driving digital transformation through advanced in-memory computing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize solutions using SAP HANA, including modeling, views, procedures, and performance tuning.
- Work closely with business and technical teams to understand data requirements and provide scalable solutions.
- Implement and maintain data provisioning using SLT, SDI, SDA, or ETL tools.
- Support SAP HANA upgrades, migrations, and integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Develop complex SQL scripts and HANA stored procedures for analytics and reporting.
- Collaborate on HANA security, data governance, and backup strategies.
- Create documentation and deliver user training/support as needed.
- Monitor and ensure system performance, availability, and data accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of strong experience in SAP HANA (2.0 preferred).
- Expertise in HANA data modeling, calculation views (graphical and SQL-based), and performance tuning.
- Proficiency in SQLScript, stored procedures, and HANA native development.
- Hands-on experience with data provisioning tools (SLT, SDI, SDA).
- Solid understanding of SAP BW on HANA and S/4HANA integration (if applicable).
- Knowledge of SAP HANA security, roles, authorizations, and lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with XSA, SAP Analytics Cloud, or SAP Data Intelligence.
- Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) hosting SAP HANA.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices in SAP environments.
