Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on IAM / SailPoint Security Engineer with strong experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ or Identity Security Cloud, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and ServiceNow integration. The ideal candidate should have practical experience implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, identity governance workflows, access provisioning, privileged access governance, and approval processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, configure, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ or Identity Security Cloud solutions.
• Develop and maintain SailPoint connectors, identity aggregation, provisioning, de-provisioning, and identity lifecycle workflows.
• Implement access request management, approval workflows, access reviews/certifications, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and segregation of duties (SoD).
• Integrate SailPoint with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory (AD), and group-based access management.
• Implement and support Microsoft Entra Privileged Identity Management (PIM), just-in-time (JIT) access, least privilege, and privileged access governance.
• Integrate SailPoint and IAM platforms with ServiceNow for approval workflows, change management, and audit tracking.
• Develop and troubleshoot REST API, connector-based, and workflow-based integrations between IAM platforms and enterprise applications.
• Govern Entra ID/AD group membership to control downstream application access, including Azure DevOps.
• Maintain audit evidence, approval records, access certification results, and compliance documentation.
• Troubleshoot IAM integration issues and ensure secure, compliant, and efficient identity governance processes.

Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in IAM / Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) or Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
• Strong experience with SailPoint connectors, aggregation, provisioning, and workflows.
• Experience implementing access requests, access reviews/certifications, RBAC, and identity lifecycle governance.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory groups.
• Knowledge of Entra PIM, JIT privileged access, least privilege, and privileged access governance.
• Experience integrating IAM solutions with ServiceNow approval/change workflows.
• Practical experience with REST APIs, connectors, and IAM integrations.
• Strong understanding of audit requirements, access governance, and segregation of duties.

Good to Have

• Experience with Azure DevOps access governance through Entra ID/AD group membership.
• Experience with ServiceNow and SailPoint integrations using APIs, connectors, or workflows.
• Knowledge of enterprise security controls, compliance requirements, and audit evidence management.
• Experience supporting IAM implementations in large enterprise environments.

Important Screening Criteria

Candidates must demonstrate relevant hands-on implementation experience in their actual employment/project experience section, not just list the technologies in their skills section.

Priority profiles: Identity Engineer / IAM Engineer / SailPoint Engineer with ServiceNow integration experience.

Generic SOC, SIEM, vulnerability management, or endpoint security profiles should not be prioritized unless they also have substantial hands-on SailPoint/IAM implementation experience.
