Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce GovCloud Specialist with deep expertise in Salesforce Shield. In this critical role, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring secure Salesforce solutions tailored for government environments. You will ensure that all deployments meet stringent compliance and security standards, including FedRAMP, NIST, and FISMA.
Key Responsibilities
•Implementation: Lead the implementation and configuration of Salesforce GovCloud solutions within secure government ecosystems.
•Security & Compliance: Apply Salesforce Shield features—including Event Monitoring, Field Audit Trail, and Platform Encryption—to satisfy rigorous security requirements.
•Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions.
•Compliance Management: Ensure all deployments adhere to FedRAMP, NIST, and FISMA frameworks.
•Technical Support: Provide expert-level technical guidance, comprehensive documentation, and ongoing support for both users and administrators.
Technical Requirements
•GovCloud Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce GovCloud implementations.
•Salesforce Shield: Advanced proficiency in all Salesforce Shield features (Monitoring, Audit, Encryption).
•Security Standards: In-depth knowledge of federal security frameworks and compliance standards.
•Communication: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
•Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Developer, or Security Specialist.
•Domain Experience: Prior experience working with government agencies or federal contractors.
•Identity Management: Familiarity with SSO, MFA, and secure integration protocols.
