The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, support, and enhancement of critical enterprise integrations, connecting platforms such as Salesforce, Azure Logic Apps, SharePoint, Tableau, and other external systems. This position demands hands-on expertise in Azure integration services, CI/CD practices, Git workflows, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and integration monitoring.

Role and Responsibilities

The Azure Integration Engineer will be a key contributor to our integration landscape, ensuring seamless data flow and connectivity across our enterprise applications. This role encompasses both development and operational aspects, requiring a blend of technical prowess and collaborative spirit.

Azure Middleware & Integration

•Design, develop, support, and maintain robust integrations utilizing Azure Logic Apps and other pertinent Azure services.

•Manage and continuously monitor integrations spanning Salesforce, Azure, SharePoint, Tableau, and various external platforms.

•Proactively troubleshoot integration failures, resolve data flow discrepancies, and address performance bottlenecks to ensure optimal system operation.

•Implement scalable and secure middleware solutions tailored for enterprise applications.

•Engage with REST APIs, webhook integrations, and batch data processing to facilitate comprehensive data exchange.

•Contribute to integration architecture enhancements and support migration activities as required.

Git & DevOps Responsibilities

•Manage source code repositories effectively using GitHub and/or Azure DevOps.

•Maintain adherence to proper branching strategies, pull request workflows, and version control best practices.

•Support the setup and automation of CI/CD pipelines for streamlined deployment processes.

•Ensure source control integrity, facilitate rigorous code reviews, and uphold release governance standards.

•Collaborate closely with DevOps and engineering teams during all migration and deployment activities.

Collaboration & Technical Support

•Work in conjunction with architects, Tableau teams, Salesforce teams, and various business stakeholders to align integration solutions with strategic objectives.

•Provide expert technical guidance for integration-related issues and respond effectively to critical operational incidents (P1/P2).

•Actively participate in architecture discussions and recommend best practices for integration solutions.

•Prepare comprehensive technical documentation for integrations, deployments, and operational procedures.
