Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer with a mandatory and proven background in Master Data Management (MDM). The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, coupled with a strong understanding of integrating Salesforce with enterprise MDM platforms. This role is critical for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that ensure accurate and synchronized master data across various applications.
As an Individual Contributor, the Salesforce Developer will be responsible for driving end-to-end development activities, from design to deployment and maintenance. This includes building and maintaining robust integrations, performing code reviews, troubleshooting complex issues, and adhering strictly to Salesforce development best practices. Collaboration with stakeholders will be key to delivering solutions that are aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
•Solution Design & Development: Design, develop, and implement scalable and high-performance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, APIs, and Lightning Components/LWC.
•MDM Integration: Build and maintain critical integrations between Salesforce and enterprise MDM systems, ensuring seamless data flow and integrity.
•Data Integrity: Ensure accurate, consistent, and synchronized master data across Salesforce and all connected applications, including data quality, deduplication, and management of enterprise”golden records.”
•Code Quality & Best Practices: Perform thorough code reviews, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and ensure strict adherence to Salesforce development best practices and coding standards.
•Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, solution architects, and project teams to understand requirements and deliver business-aligned solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate a strong technical foundation in Salesforce development and mandatory expertise in Master Data Management.
