Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect with 10+ years of IT experience and extensive expertise in designing, implementing, and governing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will drive platform strategy, architecture, integrations, governance, and best practices while ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business objectives. The architect will collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and development teams to deliver innovative digital transformation solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the overall ServiceNow platform architecture and roadmap.
• Design scalable solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, SPM, and custom applications.
• Establish platform governance, standards, design principles, and technical guardrails.
• Lead architecture reviews and provide solution design approvals.
• Define integration strategies using REST, SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub, and third-party applications.
• Drive CMDB/CSDM strategy, data governance, and platform health initiatives.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into architectural solutions.
• Ensure platform security, compliance, performance, and upgrade readiness.
• Minimize technical debt by promoting configuration over customization wherever possible.
• Mentor developers, administrators, and consultants on ServiceNow best practices.
• Support presales activities, effort estimation, solution scoping, and customer presentations.
• Provide executive-level architectural guidance and digital transformation consulting.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with 6+ years in ServiceNow architecture and solution design.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow Platform Architecture and Governance.
• Strong hands-on experience with:

  • SPM/PPM
  • IntegrationHub
• Expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Service Portal, UI Builder, and App Engine.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow data models, security architecture, and performance optimization.
• Experience with enterprise integrations, cloud technologies, and API-led architectures.
• Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, ITIL, and enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience leading large-scale ServiceNow implementation and transformation programs.
• Strong consulting and client-facing experience with enterprise customers.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-powered ServiceNow capabilities, GenAI, Virtual Agent, and Predictive Intelligence.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience working in global delivery and consulting environments.
