Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with strong expertise in Human Capital Management processes and SAP HCM modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementation, support, rollout, and enhancement projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP HCM modules including PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll, and ESS/MSS.
• Gather business requirements and provide functional solutions.
• Perform system configuration, testing, documentation, and user support activities.
• Work on end-to-end implementations, enhancements, and support projects.
• Coordinate with technical and functional teams for integration and issue resolution.
• Support payroll processing, organizational management, and employee lifecycle activities.
• Prepare functional specifications and support UAT activities.
• Ensure smooth system performance and process improvements.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM.
• Experience in SAP HCM implementation and support projects.
• Good understanding of Payroll, Time Management, PA, and OM modules.
• Experience with SAP HCM integrations and workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• SAP HCM certification is an added advantage.
• Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors is preferred.
• Experience in Agile methodology and support environments.
