About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP QA Engineer (Worksoft) with strong expertise in SAP testing automation using Worksoft Certify to support enterprise-scale SAP transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in automating SAP business process testing, executing regression and functional testing across SAP modules, and ensuring seamless quality validation for SAP ECC / S/4HANA environments.

Key Responsibilities

Automation Development

• Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Worksoft Certify
• Validate end-to-end SAP business processes through automation
• Enhance automation coverage for critical business workflows

Test Management

• Utilize Worksoft Continuous Testing Manager (CTM) for:
  • Test execution
  • Scenario management
  • Test data management
  • Defect tracking
• Ensure effective test governance across environments

Functional & Regression Testing

Perform functional and regression testing across SAP modules including:

• SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)
• SAP MM (Materials Management)
• SAP FICO
• SAP HCM
• SAP PP (Production Planning)

Environment Integration

• Integrate Worksoft Certify with enterprise tools such as:
  • SAP Solution Manager (SolMan)
  • HP ALM
  • Jira
• Align testing frameworks with CI/CD and DevOps pipelines

Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze test execution results
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for defects
• Prepare detailed test reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders

Automation Maintenance

• Update and optimize automation scripts based on:
  • SAP enhancements
  • Process changes
  • Version upgrades
  • S/4HANA migration activities

Collaboration

• Work closely with:
  • Functional Consultants
  • Developers
  • Business Analysts
  • Release Management Teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience

• 5+ years of SAP QA / Testing experience
• 5–10+ years preferred in enterprise SAP testing environments

Worksoft Expertise

Strong hands-on expertise in:

• Worksoft Certify
• Test script creation and execution
• Automation framework maintenance

SAP Functional Knowledge

Strong understanding of:

• SAP ECC / S/4HANA
• Core SAP business processes
• Cross-module integration testing

Worksoft Tools

Hands-on familiarity with:

• Worksoft Business Capture
• Worksoft Analyze
• Worksoft Continuous Testing Manager (CTM)

Test Management & Reporting

• Defect lifecycle management
• Test case design
• Reporting and documentation
