About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Consultant – Salesforce Revenue Cloud to lead a strategic business transformation initiative involving the consolidation of two Salesforce orgs into a unified Golden Org.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced, strong solution architecture capabilities, and proven experience in implementing scalable Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes while driving complex Salesforce transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Org Consolidation & Solution Architecture
- Lead the end-to-end design and execution of consolidating multiple Salesforce orgs into a unified Revenue Cloud environment
- Define scalable architecture aligned with long-term business objectives
- Ensure system optimization, governance, and best practices
2. Salesforce Revenue Cloud Implementation
- Design and configure complex Revenue Cloud solutions including:
- Product Bundles
- Pricing Rules
- Approval Workflows
- Quote-to-Cash Processes
- Billing Configurations
- Ensure seamless integration across business processes
3. Data Migration & Mapping
- Lead migration of legacy business data including:
- Active Contracts
- Subscriptions
- Financial Records
- Billing Data
- Ensure data integrity, validation, and reconciliation
4. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with business leaders, architects, and technical teams
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Provide strategic recommendations for process optimization
5. Agile Delivery Leadership
- Participate actively in:
- Sprint Planning
- Daily Standups
- Retrospectives
- Architecture Reviews
- Ensure cross-functional team alignment
6. Mentorship & Knowledge Transfer
- Guide internal teams on Revenue Cloud best practices
- Conduct technical workshops and enablement sessions
- Develop reusable documentation and implementation frameworks

- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ + Billing)
