About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HubSpot Functional Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and optimizing HubSpot solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, design scalable CRM solutions, and ensure seamless implementation across sales, marketing, and customer service processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for HubSpot CRM implementation and enhancements
• Configure and customize HubSpot Sales Hub, HubSpot Marketing Hub, and HubSpot Service Hub based on business needs
• Design workflows, automation, lead nurturing campaigns, and reporting dashboards
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations with third-party platforms
• Provide functional expertise for CRM migration, implementation, and optimization projects
• Conduct user training sessions and prepare process documentation
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support
• Work closely with stakeholders to improve CRM adoption and business processes

Required Skills

• 5+ years of functional consulting experience with HubSpot
• Strong understanding of CRM processes, sales pipelines, and marketing automation
• Hands-on experience with:
  • HubSpot CRM setup & customization
  • Workflow automation
  • Email marketing campaigns
  • Lead scoring & lifecycle stages
  • Reporting & analytics dashboards
• Experience in requirement gathering and solution design
• Knowledge of integrations using APIs/connectors
• Strong client-facing communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• HubSpot Certifications (Sales/Marketing/Service Hub)
• Experience in CRM migration projects
• Knowledge of Salesforce or Zoho CRM is a plus
