Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Consultant with strong expertise in Banking and Insurance domain solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering scalable FSC solutions while working closely with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce-based solutions.

This role requires hands-on expertise in Salesforce FSC configuration, solution design, implementation consulting, automation, and client-facing delivery, with exposure to global enterprise projects, particularly with North American clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) solutions for Banking and Insurance clients
• Configure and customize FSC solutions based on business and functional requirements
• Work extensively on FSC data model, including:
  • Person Accounts
  • Financial Accounts
  • Household & Relationship Mapping
  • Client Financial Profiles
• Build and optimize Flows, Process Automation, and Security Models
• Develop reusable accelerators, quick-start templates, and demo solutions
• Conduct client workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution scoping discussions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define solution architecture and implementation roadmap
• Provide technical consultation and best-practice recommendations
• Support pre-sales activities including demos, solution presentations, and proof-of-concepts
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Explore and implement AI-driven automation capabilities, including Agentforce, where applicable

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
• Deep understanding of FSC data architecture and standard objects
• Expertise in Salesforce Flows and Automation
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Security Model
• Experience in solution design and architecture planning
• Strong understanding of Banking / Insurance business processes
• Experience in client communication, solution scoping, and consulting engagement delivery
• Ability to design reusable accelerators and industry-specific quick-start solutions

Mandatory Qualifications

• Salesforce FSC Accreditation (Mandatory)
• 9+ years of overall Salesforce experience
• Proven experience in Salesforce FSC implementation / consulting roles
• Experience working with North American clients
• Knowledge of AI / Automation technologies (Agentforce preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications related to FSC / Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
• Prior consulting experience with enterprise financial services clients
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
