Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with 8+ years of expertise in designing and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting end-to-end Salesforce solutions, driving technical design discussions, and ensuring best practices across implementation, integration, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce architecture solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Lead architecture discussions for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud implementations.
• Develop and customize solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL.
• Architect and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems using Salesforce APIs and MuleSoft.
• Define technical design patterns, governance standards, and security best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and project teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Drive CI/CD and DevOps practices for Salesforce deployments.
• Perform code reviews, solution optimization, and troubleshooting for complex technical challenges.
• Mentor development teams and provide architectural guidance.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in Salesforce Architecture
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL
• Experience with Salesforce APIs & integrations
• Strong knowledge of MuleSoft
• Expertise in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and release management
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Architect certifications (Application/System/Technical Architect)
• Experience working in enterprise-scale implementations
• Strong understanding of integration and security frameworks
