Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced OpenText Developer with strong expertise in Communications Designer and Communication Orchestration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, managing, and orchestrating complex customer communications using OpenText platforms in a cloud-native environment.

Key Responsibilities

Communications Designer

• Design and develop complex customer communications using OpenText Communications Designer.
• Work extensively with various data files, including but not limited to:
  • Auxiliary Layout Files
  • Customer Driver Files
  • Initialization Files
  • Post-Sort Initialization Files
  • Reference Files
  • Report Files
  • Sort Index Files
• Implement multi-language support and two-pass application structures.
• Handle sorting and bundling logic, container designs, and control switches.
• Develop and generate complex, dynamic letters and documents using Designer.

Communication Orchestration

• Create and manage flow contexts and flow models.
• Design end-to-end orchestration for multiple input and output communication channels (print, email, digital, etc.).
• Ensure seamless integration between data, design, and delivery layers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience as an OpenText Developer.
• Strong expertise in OpenText Communications Designer and Orchestration.
• Proven experience working with cloud-native architectures.
• Deep understanding of data-driven document composition and batch processing.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to adjust working hours and overlap with US time zones as required.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience on large-scale customer communication management (CCM) programs.
• Exposure to performance optimization and high-volume document generation.
