Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow SecOps professional with 7+ years of hands-on experience to design, implement, and manage Security Operations solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with security, IT, and risk teams to enhance threat response, vulnerability management, and security incident workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) modules including:
  • Security Incident Response (SIR)
  • Vulnerability Response (VR)
  • Threat Intelligence (TI)
• Integrate ServiceNow SecOps with security tools such as SIEM, SOAR, scanners, and threat intelligence platforms.
• Customize workflows, business rules, scripts, UI policies, and reports to meet security and compliance requirements.
• Lead end-to-end SecOps implementations including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Configure and optimize security incident lifecycle management and automation.
• Collaborate with SOC, GRC, ITSM, and DevOps teams for seamless security operations.
• Ensure platform security, performance, and scalability following ServiceNow best practices.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to junior team members.
• Support upgrades, patches, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare technical documentation and deliver knowledge transfer sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience on the ServiceNow platform with strong focus on SecOps.
• Hands-on expertise in SIR, Vulnerability Response, and Threat Intelligence.
• Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and Flow Designer.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party security tools (SIEM, scanners, EDR, etc.).
• Solid understanding of ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, and data modeling.
• Knowledge of security frameworks and standards (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, etc.).
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and data integrations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow certifications such as:
  • Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Certified Implementation Specialist – SecOps
• Experience with GRC, IRM, or Risk Management modules.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments.
• Prior experience working with global security teams.
